A two-day, hands-on programme in Nairobi on building a donor pipeline you can actually work. Participants map the funders active in their sector and region, profile each donor's priorities, funding cycles, ticket sizes and decision-makers, and match every donor to the right institutional project before making an approach. Sessions combine expert-led input, live research on real institutional cases, and peer review. Participants leave with a prioritised donor map, completed donor profiles, and a matching matrix their team can keep updating.
